All is not well with Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar.
It seems his company Dharma Productions faces a $150,000 lawsuit that was filed in Philadelphia.
The problem it seems stems from Philadelphia for allegedly failing to pay local actors and vendors for a movie being shot there last autumn.
The Bollywood movie thriller “Jihaad” was filmed and produced by Dharma Productions and its partner Swish Films of Melbourne, where it is stated from the lawsuit that in excess amount of $150,000 has not been unpaid for the services and expenses for 25 of the vendors hired.
The movie starring Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor, will have problems continue to shoot the film in another location in New York City as the lawsuit also requested a restraining order that would prevent it from continuing with the film making or leaving the US with its assets.
