Los Angeles County district attorney has charged Chris Brown with felony assault and making criminal threats for his assault on Rihanna nearly a month back.
If he gets convicted he faces prison terms of up to four years and eight months.
The charges are indeed surprising and deemed ‘weak’ by the media, firstly is regarding the case will ever go to trial, and if he even gets convicted, Chris Brown might only face a maximum of six months behind bars.
During court, the police reveals the details of that night:
Rihanna claims that she read a three-page mobile text message from another woman on Brown’s phone and confronted him about it while they were driving in his rented Lamborghini.
It was then Chris Brown pushed her into the passenger-side window.
It is reported that he “punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand.”
Chris then threatened to kill her and, even managed to put her into a headlock.
Well we’ve heard the police report, and now Rihanna has even gone to say he don’t want any restraining orders against Chris Brown. They are reported back together.
Chris Brown has stayed silent for now.
The couple was last seen leaving Miami where they spent Rihanna’s 21st birthday at one of Diddy’s vacation house.
Maybe Chris should wanna try a career in wrestling entertainment if he even comes out of this clean and his singing is a flop.
