Gary Dourdan plays a cop in the hit CBS TV show “CSI”, but this time round, he himself got a backseat to jail in a police vehicle, after getting busted for possession of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy

The 41 year old actor, was caught last month in his car in Palm Springs asleep, after cops found he was parked on the wrong side of the street with the car’s interior light on

Upon further checking and questioning by the cop, they found the drugs and has now been charged with felony for the above following drugs

Dourdan is set to appear in court in Indio on May 28th
