After all that constant smoking crack, cocaine and cigarettes, Amy Winehouse health finally gave way

The 24 year old soul diva collapsed at her home on Monday during autograph signing. She was immediately taken to a hospital for tests

Her father Mitch Winehouse announced that Amy has damaged her lungs and diagnosed with early stage emphysema and an irregular heartbeat

Emphysema is a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It is often caused by exposure to toxic chemicals or long-term exposure to tobacco smoke

Amy will be wearing a oxygen mask and restricted to the wheelchair until she recovers. Her father is hopeful she will stop smoking and pleads her crack abuse friends to stay away from her

Despite being wheelchair bound, Winehouse is still scheduled to sing at a concert in London on Friday celebrating the 90th birthday of Nelson Mandela
