Marcia Cross of Desperate Houswife fame found out that a naked photo of her in the shower in circling the Internet despite her futile attempt to stop it under grounds its copyrighted

It seems the photo was taken by her husband, Tom Mahoney

When they were moving to a new place, the photo was thrown away.

A firm was hired to handle the move and it seems one of the firm staff found the photos and sold it online

Cross and Mahoney had been married June 2006 and had fraternal twins, Eden and Savannah earlier this year
