Rande Gerber and family
This is now the first time Rande Gerber, the husband of supermodel Cindy Crawford, is involved in an alleged sexual related issues.
Back in 2004, a woman who was working as a waitress at his chain of bars and lounges, claims to have spent the night with Rande.
And now two women who was laid-off from their jobs as waitresses claims they got fired as they rejected the advances by Gerber and his associates.
Shelly Scott and Gillian Walker has filed a lawsuit in San Diego County Superior Court claiming that they were, “subjected to quid pro quo sexual harassment at the hands of their supervisors” and “a sexually hostile work environment.”
It is reported the two ladies were sexually harassed by being groped between the legs and kissed by Gerber and his business partners.
Midnight Oil, the company behind Gerber chain of bars and lounges has denied such allegations and was quoted, “These allegations were previously investigated and shown to be baseless. This lawsuit has no merit.”
Gerber has been married for 11 years and has two kids.
