Filming is being done in the UK and Alice role is played by Mia Wasikowska, who is an Australian actress, known for her role in HBO’s “In Treatment”. The movie is set to be released in March 2010 and other cast members includes Michael Sheen, Matt Lucas and reportedly Helena Bonham Carter too
