Bollywood’s “New York” encouraging box-office opening

New York premieres on 26th June

“New York” which was produced by Yash Raj Films is doing well in the box office after its premiere.

It has hit the $7 million rakings after just three days since its opening worldwide on Friday.

The movie revolves around a group of friends in New York, where else, at the time of the September 11, 2001 attacks.

New York begins in 1999, ends in 2008, and tells the story of three students at fictional New York State University whose lives change after 9/11.

The film stars big Bollywood stars names such as John Abraham, Katrina Kaif, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Irffan Khan.

It is directed by Kabir Khan.
