Britney Spears loses custody of kids to ex-husband

A judge ordered the pop star’s ex-husband to take sole custody of their two children later this week, where Kevin Federline “is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday … at 12 p.m., until further order of the court.”

This is the same judge who ordered Spears two weeks ago to undergo random drug testing.

This court order is in the midst of Britney’s attempt at a career comeback, where she bombed at the VMA but her new single “Gimme More” is doing well on the iTunes download

Speats 25 years old and Federline 29 years old was divorced in July but both are in a bitter battle over custody of their two sons, Sean Preston, 2 years old, and Jayden James, 1 year old.
