A Miad Jarbou has filed a lawsuit in Oakland Circuit Court accusing Eminem of assault and battery

It is alleged that on July 13th back in 2006 that Eminem punched a man while in the toilet

Miad Jarbou and friend stated they were thrilled to see Eminem walked into the toilet they were in

When the duo started to make chat with the rap star, they were told to “Shut the f*** up, man! Don’t say another word.” by Eminem bodyguard

It was then Eminem suckered punch Miad Jarbou without warning or provocation

He is now suing Eminem for more than $25,000 of damages for “undergone physical pain and suffering, emotional distress, ongoing serious injuries requiring medical treatment” and “embarrassment, humiliation, medical expenses, wage loss and other economic and non-economic”
