Linkin Park stopped over at Malaysia for a “pre-sale” campaign in Asia on their upcoming worldwide on May 14. Linkin Park seen here at a press conference, there was tight security measures as it was deemed necessary as the album would only be released this coming May.

Bags were checked in, pockets were emptied, wallets inspected and trouser legs lifted — to prove that nothing was hidden in socks — before members of the media were allowed into the Le Meridien hotel ballroom for the session

Chester Bennington was quoted, “It was a conscious decision to no sound like our previous albums, Hybrid Theory and Meteora. We didn’t want to restrict our music to a particular genre. With this album, we wanted to step out of the box. The important elements of Linkin Park are still there, but they are presented in a different way,”

Hear their first single from the album, What I’ve Done, was released around the world on Monday

For me, the videos looks ‘passe’. Metallica has done that, been there!
